At TV2Z, our global presence is highlighted by our dynamic offices in Hyderabad and Amsterdam, with each office offering a rich and exciting work environment for all. While the employee perspective provides a glimpse into the experiences of working at TV2Z, it’s the extensive culture, innovative spirit and commitment to professional growth that truly exemplifies the experience of working here.
A culture of family, diversity, and growth
We consider ourselves a family. We support one another and foster a culture of growth and positivity. Motivating employees to work diligently to develop both their professional and personal skills. We ensure that everyone has a space to communicate and share their thoughts no matter how big or small the problem, question, or topic is. Yogini Kanakala, one of our software engineers, states “We get to have plenty of opportunities to learn and experiment with new technology and conducting events such as hackathons with different teams, which makes us work together”. It is our commitment to collaboration and innovation that sets TV2Z apart, fostering and promoting an environment where creativity flows.

For example, Gudr Al Ayouby, TV2Z’s Account Manager, states “We are encouraged to find creative and independent ways to address problems, and TV2Z always encourages us to put our best foot forward.”
One team across two offices
Our growing team consists of engineers, developers, marketing experts, managers, and others who over the years have made TV2Z what it is today. As experts in what we do, it is no wonder our employees are filled with the same passion and hunger for knowledge that exists in TV2Z’s bedrock. While we work as a team, we give each other the space and resources to find our own approaches.
Given the fact that our two offices are in the Netherlands and India, it is crucial for us to create a productive and thoughtful work environment that can work seamlessly even if we are oceans apart. Wouter Schreur aims to support a well-rounded team by “promoting effective collaboration between the Amsterdam and India teams through transparency and openness to dialogue and communicate with one another as comfortably as possible.” We may be separated by distance, but we have never let that get in the way of our devotion to our craft.
Yogini states “We do this successfully through the India office providing cost efficiencies and bringing a vast pool of skilled professionals in IT and engineering, while the Dutch office, leverages its strategic location to connect with all the key European markets. For this reason, we strive to ensure that our employees can work together seamlessly and support each other, even from across the globe.” We’ve never met a challenge we can’t succeed in, and our geographical distances bring forth the best of our skills through our different backgrounds in a way that challenges us to find the best solutions for the most intricate problems.
Communication that bridges the distance
Despite the distance, our commercial and development team understand the importance of effective communication. Gudr Al Ayouby notes, “We can only succeed when we are in constant communication with one another, discuss solutions productively, and collaborate efficiently”. As a team, we aim to engage in exciting, cutting-edge projects across media and technology sectors, providing top-tier software solutions to global clients, which is why we place a high value on openness, inviting the team to actively contribute.
A flat structure built on transparency
Summing it up, our co-founder, Phani Kanth Vooka states “At TV2Z, we firmly believe that providing a supportive, motivating, and encouraging environment for our employees is the key to the company’s success. We have established a flat organizational structure that empowers team members to take responsibility and actively contribute their ideas.”
He adds, “Our team members work on a variety of growing products, learning and implementing advanced technologies.
